Change recipient display name from email address to their name

Is there a way to show in the TO: field of an outgoing email message in
Outlook 2003 the recipients name instead of their email address? For exampe,
if I was sending out an email for Bob Smith it now shows TO:
(e-mail address removed) instead of showing Bob Smith only. Can this be done
easily? An option perhaps? Thanks so much!

If you open the contact, you can change the field "Display as" to the name
instead of the email.. Usually OUtlook will put the email when you enter the
email address in it's field.
