Change Path names in copied work book

We have a series of linked work sheets that in the formulas us
information from other work sheets. These other work sheets appear i
the path name. We save this file each year and create a new work book
When we copy the work book and rename to year 2 the references stil
point to year one. We have some very large worksheets and cannot ope
all at one time. Any thoughts on how to change the path name in th
formulas without doing it line by line. There are thousands of entries

Search and Replace
Search for old path or filename in formulas and replace with new path or
filename for entire worksheet.

Go to Edit menu, Links. You can change the external links to whateve
new folder you would like.
