Change password error

On a Windows 2000 Pro SP4 workstation, Active Directory
user (who is logged into AD domain) tries to change
password. Gets this response:
The attempt to change the password failed. The error code
was 0x547 (1351).
This workstation also has Netware client for windows 4.83
installed. Doesn't matter if logged into NDS or not.
Still gets error. Not feesable to uninstall Netware
client. Active directory is running in 2000 native mode
on windows svr 2003 DCs. Any ideas?

Hello,

Everything that I can find, talks about name resolution problem.

-- Check to ensure "netbios over tcp/ip" is enabled on client and DC?

-- Please ensure that clients are not pointing to an ISP

PS. net helpmsg 1351 ---> Configuration information could not be read from
the domain controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access
has been denied.
