change papersize in macro/vb for all reports

I have an access database on a server shared between our US and
Japanese divisions (pity me!). I was looking for a way to run a sub or
macro that would change the paper size between letter and A4 depending
on who logged on. As there are about 30 reports, something I can run
in a For Each loop would be swell.

Why not design the reports to fit on either size, and simply use the Default
printer to print them?

When you design reports, you can select the printer to use on the Page tab
under File | Page Setup. Just make sure they all say "Default Printer", and
you should be okay.
