change "open with..." ass. back to unknown app.

I opened up a c++ .h file with notepad with out realizing
that the "always open with" check box was checked.
Now my compiler doesn't recognize all my header files.
How can I change the "open with..." association back to
unknown application.

Responses much appreciated.
