How do I change the default language in Outlook 2003 and Webmail 2003
1) I have a user who's webmail's language changed from English to French,
how can I change it back
2) I also have a desktop user running XP Pro who's Outlook installed in
Canadian French instaed of English, not sure how this happened because all
our other users are English.

Thanks
Johan

What's "Webmail 2003"?

If you're using webmail, then you're using a browser to access you mai land
the server is controlling the language. Ask your mail provider.

Canadian French instaed of English, not sure how this happened because all

Do they have their Windows language set improperly?

Hi Brian,
The user uses a think client via citrix, his webmail was always in English,
same as all our other users, but suddenly it comes up in French? I'm not sure
how to change it back to English, can you please help?

I still don't know what you mean by "webmail". Also, if he's using the
Outlook client via remote desktop on a server, then the problem must be on the
server, since Outlook isn't running locally.

By "webmail" I mean Outlook Web Access. If the problem is on the server, why
has only one user out of approximately 600, language settings chnaged? If so,
how can I rectify it?
