Change IP

I have a problem, I would have to set a IP Adress manually, but in the Local
Area Connection properties the TCP/IPv4 properties is not selectable. Also
in the Wireless Network connection I have same problem. What can I do?

My account is the Only account in the PC and is a Administrator Account.
There are a Specific permission for IP Settings ?

Vista administrator permissions are much less powerful than in XP. Go to
Control Panel/Users Accounts and turn User Account Control OFF. Colin
