Change IP address from user account

Hi,

In our organization, all users (Windows XP w/ SP2) are set under the default
windows rights of "user", so they are restricted from installing programs and
changing critical windows settings.

However, some users require to change their IP addresses from dynamic to
static.

How do i allow this, while they are still under the rights of a normal user?

Contact tech support in your organisation. You will probably have problems
even if you found a way to do change ip if you didn't contact tech support.
