Change hdd size in mirror

I have a SOHO running on a single server with Win2k Adv
Svr. The C drive consists of 2 4.3-gig SCSI hard drives
mirrored (Win2k software mirror). I am running out of
space & want to upgrade to 2 9.1-gig SCSI drives.

Any suggestions how I can replace the 2 drives without
losing the domain that I currently have? Can I just
replace 1 hdd and recreate the mirror then replace the
other and recreate the mirror? Should I standup another
server, move FSMOs, then replace both drives?

Any suggestions would be great.
