Hi
First you need to be an "Advanced Spynet member"
, information is then transferred to Spynet (Microsoft)
when you "Allow" this program to run.
With enough user transfers a "voting" is started and this
application can be safe declared from Spynet and WDs database
can be updated with this application.
About Spynet transers this is unclear what exactly is transmitted ?
MS privacy document talks about information "such as"........
MS can also "control" 3rd party application in this way and keep them
as "unknown", not good.
You cannot perform a "Always allow" and deside this on your own.
Microsoft must open declare how this works and it must be possible
for an "administrator" to control any program with "Always allow".
I am going to test to change firewall rules and block all transmissions
to Spynet.
A workaround for "Allow" is to put the application inside the
"Do not scan following applications and paths" within General Settings
Unbelievable mess for a more advanced user............ but maybe this
is designed only for "Mrs/Mr/Ms Smith"......
