Change font color

Pls tell me how is it possible that When the reciepent
open his outlook..sender's name ,subject line and date
time should appear in red color in the Inbox.

Now, you can choose "from" or "sent to" and color; Apply Color.

Yes, and when there is an appointmet connected to the e-mail which is
overdue the line will also be displayed red.
