change default folder approval

Msas pops up with the following message :
A change to the default user folders requires approval.
it happes after a another person or persons login to
their account and vice versa. If i say allow with
remember on it will come again if i say block with
remember on it will come again.

Some background...

I changed the location off the My documents dir. to a
second harddisk and not in local settings dir anymore.

I secured the dir. with dos cacls programm, witch is a
Microsoft program within win xp home, for each of the
users with a supervisor called administrator.
