Change Calendar view

I have messed up my calendar view. Before I had on the left 4 little months
showing under Calendar, My Calendars, and other Calender names of people. On
the right was the main monthly calendar. Today, on the left I have lost 2 of
the months. I have tried and tried and cannot seem to get the 4 month view
again.

There are a couple of things you can do. One is to reduce the number of
view buttons in the stack at the bottom of the Navigation Pane. By default
they're stacked one on top of the other. Drag the top of the stack downward
to collapse all the buttons to a single button bar. This should expand the
Date Navigator (the little calendars) pae and allow two months. You can
then drag the border between the Nav pane and the calendar view pane to the
right to increase the size of the Nav pane horizontally and allow more
months in the Date Navigator.

I thought I had done that in the past. I have plenty of space at the bottom.
As I move the bar to the right, the most I get is only 3 months. Also, if I
go to View I believe and select task pad, it will bring up the whole year
worth of months on the right side. I know there is a trick here to do what I
want, but for the life of me I cannot remember how it worked. What you told
me sounds like the right path, but I'm not quite there. Will try it and
respond back.

Brian, I found the solution !!!

Remember I told you on the left side, I have a list of other people's
calendars? I started to delete an entry and lo and behold 4 months appeared.
So, it seems you can only have so many calendar entries listed. When I
removed that one entry it filled up the left side. When it was there it
collapsed the entries more to the top and to me it was showing lots of space.

Thanks for jogging my mind. Now if I can just remember this!
