Change an Excel Ribbon button icon?

I have added several function buttons to the Ribbon but I'm finding that some
of them use the same icon. I've ended up with four buttons with the same
round green icon and sometimes hit the wrong one. I see where one can change
the icon for a user-defined macro button but is there a way to change the
icon used for other Excel functions?
