CF and windows 2003 server

Hello. I am trying to convert my app from evb to CF. I have recently
installed windows 2003 server and after vsnet 2003.

The problem is that it builds all correctly but when I press the implement
button, can't connect with the ppc2002.

Implementation Error:

I have tried with evb and run correctly the app into my ppc.

Is there any incompatibility between w2003 server and CF??

you have activesync installed?
or have you selected to deploy to the emulator?

It should work fine on WS2003 (but most people do not use WS2003 as the
development workstation).
