Cell size (?) on different monitor sizes

I just published my website and now when I tell people to look at it the
spacing between the different cells and the cell sizes looks huge. At first I
thought it was on a mac only but then I looked on a different size PC monitor.

I have the cell sizes set and it isn't the width of the table. I have no
idea what is going on! If it helps the site is
http://www.coopest.colostate.edu/cd. The problem is mostly with the second
picture in the far right column. It seems to have a ton of space above and
below it.

A good way to troubleshoot these things is to make your table have borders.
Sometimes you can be surprised at what is actually the source of the problem
when you can see things more clearly.

Start by removing the absolute positioned DIV tag wrapping the page and all table / cell heights
Your content is driving the column widths (which don't add up to the table width)
- especially all the inline styles and lists
