Cell referencing

How do I reference the contents of a specific cell (say =A1), so that
the contents of A1 will ALWAYS be displayed (in say cell F15)? The
problem I want to overcome is that if the contents of A1 are dragged to
another cell (say A2), then F15 will display the contents of A2.
Putting =$A$1 in cell F15 doesn't help at all, nor does using cell
referencing style R1C1 !!

Try:

=INDIRECT("A1")

:) Thanks a lot Sandy. I was beginning to believe it couldn't be done,
as I've asked so many people months and looked in Excel help pages for
so long.
