ON-BOARD:MAWBat cell A1)/PCScell A2)/AWTcell A3) KGS/CWTcell A4) KGS

Try the concat operator: &
Eg in A5:
="TOTAL CARGO ON-BOARD:MAWB:"&A1&"/PCS:"&A2&"/AWT:"&A3&"KGS/CWT:"&A4&" KGS

Hi,

Just a slight change to the previous suggestion:

="TOTAL CARGO ON-BOARD:MAWB: "&A1&" /PCS: "&A2&" /AWT: "&A3&" KGS/CWT:
"&A4&" KGS"

I can't be sure what spacing you want but you do need a " at the end.
