Cell Format - Greenbar Fill Pattern

Is there an easy way to do a greenbar format on the cells that hav
alternating rows with a fill background to easily view data acros
multiple columns?

I can do a cell fill but then if you copy and paste it copies th
background etc...

I don't know if my question was clear. I want to have a row that is
darker in the fill pattern so I can view numbers and know it is with a
row of data. Then the next row would have no fill pattern then the
next will be darker etc...

This way I don't have to put a ruler on the page to trace the numbers
across the page.
