CD-RW won't read disk after burning data.

My CD-RW will acknowledge a blank disk. It will show that it's buring data.
Wizard states info was not able to be copied and then does not acknowledge
that disk. When disk is put in another computers drive it does run and has
the copied data on it. The error log states "The device, \Device\CdRom0, has
a bad block."
