CD Issue with remote computer

Hi-

I created my presentation on PowerPoint 2007 and published it by setting it
up for auto play, copying it to a folder then burning the files (not the
folder) to a CD-R media.

I tested the CD on my system at which time PowerPoint Viewer started and the
program ran perfectly in its entirety.

I gave the CD to the person who is going to run the presentation and it
didn't run on her computer. No indication of PP Viewer starting up. No error
message. Nothing.

Hi,

I wonder of the target machine is not setup to look for an auto-play file.
Could you ask the user to browse to the set of files and run the file called
(from memory) play.bat? If that doesn't work, do you know what operating
system they have?

Glen:

I got to her computer and found the following: Double clicking on play.bat
ran the program fine....but was not autorunnning. I found that the system
was not set up to autorun....she's running Vista (I never touched a Vista
machine)....I found the toggle, flipped it and the program then ran fine.
Thank you much for your assistance.
