CD drive Autoplay options

I want to add a program to the list of Autoplay options for a CD drive upon
insertion of a type of media. (Specifically, I want Nero to be an option
when I insert a blank CD to the drive) I can choose between the default
Autoplay behavior by right-clicking the drive, Properties, Autoplay tab. But
how can I add a program to this list?

You should be able to add new Autoplay handler via Tweak UI, generally. But here is a ready-made program which accomplishes what you wanted:
