Q1 Computer freezes when importing cd to Itunes or windows media player

Q2 when opening folder in my computer it automatically goes to search when i
want it to go open folder.

A1: Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the CD device, Action
menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers again
automatically.
