case changes

Is there a simple way to change the case when a document has been typed in
all caps? All lower case would be simpler to read and preferable to all caps.

Thanks,

Sam

Hi Sam:

You can highlight all the text and depress your SHIFT key and F3 and it will
cycle your text through the cases for you. I hope this has been helpful to
you.

Select the text and press Shift + F3 until you get the case you want. The
key combo cycles through UPPERCASE,lowercase and Proper Case.

Select all (Ctrl+A), then Format > Change Case > Sentence case.

If it doesn't change, look in Format > Font to make sure the "All CAPS"
option isn't checked.
