Capturing Profile not Found

Thank you for reading...
I'm trying to import (capture) a movie from a Sony Digital camcoder to my Sony PC RZ34. I'm using a digital D8mm and Hi8mm tapes and my camera is conneted via firewire to my pc.
When I turn on my camare to play function (VCR) Windows XP detecs the camera and the import wizard starts automatically. When I click next on the capture video wizard, I get an error message "Capturing profile not found"...

I have tryed everything. I can see my cam on windows explorer, I can capture video recording directly from my cam to my pc but some reason I can not capture the video from the tapes in my camcoder.."Capturing profile not found"

Any ideas?

Thank yo for your help

See the Digital Camcorders > Intro page of www.papajohn.org - it's one of
the generic items and resolve by installing the codec package. Maybe just
being connected to the internet when you start your capture will do it
automatically in the background.
