Capture Video in PAL format

After installing SP2 the video capture with Movie Maker became impossible. I
can not capture in PAL format. I already installed the machine from scratch
and the problem persists. I’ve been spending hours looking in other
communities and I think I’m not the only one having this problem.
Still I would like to have your advice on it.

PS – I have a Canon DV 20 Camera and the capture is done trough 1394
firewire board.
