Capture Device Not Seen by Other Programs

I recently purchased a video capture device (TDK Indi
Video USB 2.0) The device came with Showbiz video
capture/editing software. Either something is not setup
right or this device is program specific. Other programs
that I have (WinDVD 4 or XP movie maker)does not see the
capture device. Although I have no problem with using the
Showbiz software, I would like to know why other capture
software doesn't see the device. Any ideas, anyone?

you need to install first to wizard and you fellow i
sometimes it install it self without a touch so try again
