Capture autosave/autorecover event

I'm capturing the BeforeSave event in both Excel and PowerPoint (in
2003 and 2007) which is working fine for capturing save events, but it
is not capturing autosave events. In Word 2003/2007 the BeforeSave
event is triggered on autosave events, but that is not the case in
Excel/PowerPoint 2003/2007. Is there another event that I can use to
capture autosave events in Excel/PowerPoint 2003/2007?

There is no Autosave in Excel 2003/2007. The AutoRecovery save is not a
true workbook save. It is a save of information, in another file, that
apparently only Excel can use to recover from a crash. Users cannot open
this file, or at least I haven't been able to.

I'm guessing that is the same behavior for PowerPoint as well. Weird
that Word behaves differently then Excel and PowerPoint.

Thanks for the quick reply.
