Caption less form

Hi

I have a form , BUT
I want to make it captionless (without caption) ,
it is possible with changing the Borders to None
but at the same time I want it be resizable, it has no border and so it is
not resizable

and I cannot minimise that window by pressing on its button in the task bar
!
and there is no menu appears when I am clicking the right button of the
mouse in the
task bar :_((

any suggestions?
