Caps lock on toolbar

I can't find the procedure to install the caps lock on the toolbar. Has it
been removed with Win XP? It gets frustrating to have to open Notebook to
see if the caps lock is on when a password is typed. Any suggestions on
where to find a way to include caps lock on the toolbar.

Your keyboard doesn't have a caps-lock light?????

You will need to install whatever software you were using before to
show on-screen status of your keyboard's CapsLock, ScrollLock, and
NumLock status.

No, I have a wireless Logitech Cordless Desktop Pro and no light. Maybe I
should be updating my keyboard. Thanks for the lead.

Go to www.logitech.com and download setpoint software for your keyboard.
Install it and:
""
1.. Double-click the SetPoint icon in the Systray (the area in the lower
right corner of your screen where the time is displayed).
2.. Click on the Tools tab.
3.. Click on the Indicator Settings tab (second tab on the left that looks
like an oval).
4.. Check the box titled Show status settings (such as CAP Lock) on screen
under Status Indicators.
5.. Click OK to save the changes
""

Thanks Marian. I had removed the logitech driver for the keyboard over a
year ago because it was causing serious problems their techs could not even
solve and have been using the standard microsoft driver. Have reinstalled the
new driver logitech on and yes the caps lock indicator is there. Thanks
again for refreshing my memory.
Best regards.

Arbee.
