Cant't change Homepage in IE !!! HELP!!!

Hi there, whenever i open IE i always get this annoying website
http://www.whatsfind.com/page.html
and a lot of new windows with ads come up.

When i tried to go to Tools > Internet Options to change my homepage, the
field where i should enter
the website address is grey (inactive), i can't change it.

I know this is probably caused by spyware, but i installed a spyware stopper
and a firewall and this keeps
happening.

Can anyone help me? And where does the spyware software gets installed so i
can manually delete it?
