cant view or print word doc

Hi, I am hoping you can help me.
This error messaeg comes up in the word document that I
am
wanting to view & print.
"..This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't
support
them..."
I am using Windows 98.
Can you tell me what I have to change so that I can view
and print this? If there is a solution to this, I would
really appreciate a simple step by step process of what
to
do.

Are you sure this a Word document. Have you tried opening it in
Internet Explorer browser? If you look at the file in Notepad, is it
HTML or binary? If HTML then definitely better to view/print in IE.

What version of Word do you have? (The operating system Windows 98 is
not relevant).
