cant view dns log

why is it that the dns.log empty?
%SystemRoot%\System32\Dns\Dns.log

i already enabled the debug logging options on my DNS..

You may need to restart the DNS service. Also some of the logging options may require other options to be enabled. If you haven't enabled all the options,
give that a try and see if DNS starts writing to the log.
