Cant Use Remote Assitance

Am trying to use remote assistance but every time I try I get the following
message
"A program could not start. Try again"
It doesnt matter if I use Window Messenger, E-mail or Use a file - The
message is always the same.

Microsoft has a hotfix for the issue. If the Solicited Remote Assistance policy is disabled, you cannot offer assistance to a Novice computer http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826088
