Can't use explorer because of CS host message.

Everytime I open explorer I get a cs host message in a box
that says: Name = Error # = -2146827859 description =
automation server can't create object message = automation
server can't create object. OK This message pops up about
3 to 10 times after pressing ok and sometimes this message
follows: Name = error # = -2147221005 description =
unspecified error message = unspecified error. OK This
one usually pops up once after the 1st message. Everytime
I try to browse the web this happens. Once I press ok I
can continue surfing but if I don't clear out all messages
I can't continue surfing. The first message is the one
that happens most often. The other happens less frequently
but always follows the first one. I am using internet
explorer 6. I have tried repairing internet explorer in my
add/remove program but it dosen't help. Any suggestions or
help would be appreciated.
