Can't toggle between docs

I don't know how this happened, but, I can no longer toggle (Alt/Tab) between
Word docs ( I CAN toggle between other apps and even multiple Outlook emails
that are open). All my docs open in the same Window and I must minimize
current doc in order to see other docs behind it.

How do I get it back to normal?

Do you have "Windows in Taskbar" checked on the View tab of Tools | Options?
Also, if you prefer not to have separate Taskbar buttons for the docs, you
can use Ctrl+F6 and Ctrl+Shift+F6 to switch windows.
