C'ant start windwos / message: c0000135 can't finde winsrv

I can't start my pc. After the windows logo I get the c0000135 message and
that it can't finde winsrv. If I start with the windows setup-CD, I cant's
use the repair-console because it can't detect my harddisk. It is a dell PC.
With the dell diagnostic CD the Harddsik is ok.
What can I do to fix this problem?

These refers the most to the sp2 update-problem. But that does not solve my
problem. I can't startup windows to install or change any programms and
settings.
