I cant sign in to .NET passport with my msn accounts. my hotmail account works though! I have qwest dsl with msn premium. i have called qwest, msn, and dell, but no one can seem to find the problem. Msn recommended back up my files and re boot my operating system(xp). Is this right and how do I do that?
