Can't Set picture as Desktop Background

Hello,

I am using XPSP2.

One is supposed to be able to right-click a picture, and then click "Set as
Desktop Background" to be able to use a picture as a desktop background.
That option is not available on my computer when I right click a picture.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

You can do that within Internet Explorer, or Firefox, and possibly other
browsers, but not in Explorer.

Bob,

Set the folder view option to "Thumbnails", so that the "Set as Desktop background" context menu option appears.

I was aware of that and did see it as an option, but wanted to know how to
place that option on the right click context menu?

Do you mean the folder view option is already set to "Thumbnails" and yet the "Set as Desktop background" option does not appear when you right-click an image?
