Can't send or received emails in Outlook 2007

Whenever I open and close Outlook 2007, the next time I open Outlook 2007 it
won't send and recieve my emails. The only way to correct the problem is to
reboot my pc and then restart outlook and it will then send and receive
emails. Why is this occuring? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to
fix this problem?

Hello LisaK - Have you run the Microsoft Office Diagnostics to see if it can
repair your Outlook 2007 Installation? This can help with detecting issues
and may repair any files or registry entries that could have become corrupted.
