Cant send or receive

HI,
I am geting: The host 'mail.btinternet.com' could not be found. Please
verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number:
0x800CCC0D
I hvae not changed anything prior to this and all details are entered
correctly- any ideas?

We know that the server mail.btinternet.com does exist, so
your computer is having a problem with DNS lookup.
Go to a Command Prompt and ping that server. Do you get a
valid response?
