Can't send mail..

The error messages says

The message could not be sent because it rejected you as
the sender......
SMTP Server:'smtp.email.msn.com',Error Number:0x800ccc78

I have no problem to receive mails.

my incoming mail server is
pop3.email.msn.com
Out going mail server is
smtp.email.msn.com

plz. help me

Authenticate to the SMTP (outbound) mail server. It under "More
Settings", Outbound server.
