can't send mail

i can not send mail. Tryed alot of stuff. error message i get is this......

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'juno.com'. Subject 'hi', Account:
'marionanddonna', Server: 'authsmtp.juno.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '553 Domain name required', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

I have my server requires authentication checked like Juno told me to check.
They also had me to change the port to 587. and I still get the same error as
before. I am having no problem getting my mail just sending.

The error message says that "juno.com" isn't a valid email address.
It looks like you are trying to send to an incorrect address.
Can you send to others?

the juno is my email address i am sending it from i was sending mail to yahoo
and yes i have tryed others and i still get the same.

you probably need to enter your full username ([email protected])

I feel so dumb, i figured it out I was spose to put my user name befor
"Juno.com"

Juno.com isn't a valid email address.
It must have the format (e-mail address removed).
