Can't send mail to certain addresses in Outlook 2007

I can't send an e-mail to certian addresses, the answer I get form system
adminstrator "Contact Internet Suplier". It was checked by the supplier and
they sent a mail from my address to trough their system and it was OK. I can
send to the same addresses from Outlook Express. Please Help

Post the complete text of one of those messages, leaving out only real mail
addresses it might contain. State your account type as well.
