Can't send email

I set my school email up and I receive mail in all the folders, but when I
tried to send an email, this message came up:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Powerpoint', Account:
'pod51000.outlook.com', Server: 'pod51000.outlook.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this
sender', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number:
0x800CCC69

What does this mean and how can I send emails?

Outlook.com is a mail service operated by Microsoft for some large
companies and institutions, see
http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/cc188665.aspx

It is a proprietary service, so you will need to contact the IT administrator
for your school for help.
