Can't send email

We cannot create & send emails. They show up in our Sent File but the
recipients never receive them. We can, however, receive email, reply to
email & forward email. If I go into my Sent File and forward the emails that
I tried to send originally to the original recipient, then they receive them.
We are using Outlook Express 6.

For Outlook Express support, you'll want to ask in the
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup.

Since you're also using the web based newsreader rather than outlook
express, you might want to use
