cant send e mails

I can receive e mails but cant send any. This is the error message. can you
help?

'mail.netmaxx.net', Server: 'mail.netmaxx.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

The most common reason for that error is being connected to
the Internet through a provider other than the SMTP server owner
(Netmaxx). Let us know if that is the issue, and whether you are
using a laptop at various locations.
