Can't send - blocked by (IRM) wont let me select no for free trial

Cant send an email from outlook - its blocked by IRM and I dont want it - I
own the OS - after I select NO for free trial it doesnt allow for NEXT - it
will only allow if I select YES for the free trial - forget it - let me send

Please Help - thanks

You need to disable IRM and I'm not sure how you got it enabled.
