Can't see image file

I have downloaded the beta 2 twice now, and both times I can't see the image
file.
It saves it as a winrar but all it contains when i open or extract is a text
file saying:
This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.
I am running windows xp pro I thought that this would not be an issue?
the file is just over 3 Gb in size so it must be there somewhere?
Any help would be appreciated.

I think you should remove ISO from the file association preferences in WinRar.
The way I burned it is with Nero Burning ROM, just go to 'Open' on the file
menu and browse to the download and open. It will be ready to go, just click
'Burn'.
ISO Buster is a free download from http://www.isobuster.com/ and you can
extract the files with it.
