Cant see entries in the Global Address Book in Contact view

Using Outlook 03 with Exchange Server, when in "Contacts" from my Outlook Bar, I don't see any contacts. If I click on the Address
Book icon, it indicates the Global Address Book and shows all of the names in it. I want to see all of those names without having to
click on the Address Book icon. They should appear in the phone list view whenever I click on "Contacts" from the Outlook Bar.
Please tell me how I can accomplish this?

Thanks,

What Outlook Bar? Outlook 2003 does not include the obsolete Outlook Bar.
Do you mean the Navigation Pane?

Hi,

Yes, I suppose I do mean the navigation pane. It is in the same location as the old Outlook Bar. Anyway, I've been told that the
Global Address Book can only be changed by an administrator, so that won't serve my purpose. My goal is for everybody to be able to
edit any contact or add contacts that anybody can see. If that is true then I guess my original question doesn't need an answer.

Thanks !
